NEVIS introduces a new way of controlling the laser cut process to maintain quality and increase throughput, as demand shifts toward smaller and denser features.
The integration of proven industry-leading components and Watt Laser’s process optimisation produces a system capable of holding tight tolerances at extreme speed. It includes automated frame size fixturing for flexibility and continuous Z-height monitoring for active control.
The system operates on Watt Laser’s in-house developed software, designed with an intuitive user interface and streamlined user experience. This includes automatic beam size calibration, programmed laser parameters and remote monitoring capabilities.
NEVIS can be integrated into any MRP/ERP system and includes process automation such as QR code-based data retrieval to improve workflow. Additional options include advanced AOI and automated loading. NEVIS is available in standard and large-format sizes, with laser power up to 1.5kW.
