The SE12 PRO enables high-precision, multi-level welded stencil production. Utilising advanced beam steering optics, this system delivers high-speed accuracy and performance – all without the need for any assist gas.
The SE12 PRO supports marking of high-resolution graphics, QR codes, text and images on both board and squeegee sides.
Watt Laser AOI checks for aperture presence, dimension, position and area against the design data. Equipped with a high-definition camera, high-powered telecentric lens and Renishaw 1-micron scales, Watt Laser’s proprietary software provides unparalleled accuracy. Rework cut files are automatically generated for precise corrections and minimised waste, as well as a CofC upon successful inspection. The AOI function is integrable with any MRP/ERP system, enabling streamlined tracking and in-depth production analysis.
