Using certified Renishaw XL-80 laser interferometry, Watt Laser provides independent on-site calibration services for laser processing and inspection systems from all manufacturers.
The XL-80 allows our engineers to accurately measure the actual movement of a system axis against its commanded movement, identifying even small positional errors and deviations that can develop over time. These measurements provide a clear understanding of system performance and allow the appropriate compensation to be applied to restore positioning accuracy and repeatability.
Regular calibration helps ensure your system continues to perform as expected and can identify changes in accuracy before they begin to affect process quality.
