QC100
The QC100 is a dedicated AOI, measurement and calibration system for SMD stencil manufacturers.
The system features a high-powered telecentric lens, Renishaw 1-micron scales and Watt Laser’s proprietary inspection and measurement software.
The use of high-precision stages and advanced image processing algorithms provide comprehensive inspection of aperture attributes, checking for presence, dimension, position and area. The system identifies potential errors and once confirmed, generates a rework cut file. Upon successful inspection, a CofC can be generated and integrated into any MRP/ERP system.
The QC100 can also measure PCBs against the original data, meticulously checking for any deviations in dimensions, alignment or other critical parameters to ensure swift detection and rectification of any discrepancies, maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the final product.
