The SE12
The SE12 is Watt Laser’s laser structuring and engraving system, capable of accommodating industry standard frame formats. The system allows surface structuring and engraving of high resolution graphics, text and image files on the both board side and squeegee side.
Presenting a compact and cost efficient design, the SE12 is designed specifically for SMT stencil manufacturers, and is the perfect laser companion for all stencil houses.
In addition, the SE12 is the only approved and fully compliant surface treatment laser system aligned with the patent applied for Nanoslic Gold process.
The new AOI function is the last procedure prior to a stencil being boxed, to detect any clogged apertures or debris that could impact printing integrity. The AOI system is highly repeatable and reliable, and can be integrated into any MRP system for seamless tracking and production analysis.
