As Watt laser continues to grow, so does our commitment to developing future leaders. We want our team to have the opportunity to build the skills, confidence and mindset to lead and make an impact, in their own way, at every level of the business.
With support from Scottish Enterprise, members of our team took part in the PROPHET Programme, a leadership development initiative designed to support ambitious Scottish businesses on their growth journey.
This programme was a great experience and boost for the team, encouraging fresh thinking and inspiring confident leadership within our growing team. We’re big believers of developing from within, and this marks an exciting step forward in shaping confident, capable leaders who’ll drive and shape Watt Laser’s future.
