The SE12 PRO is an all-encompassing machine for laser structuring, engraving and welding; with the addition of automated optical inspection and measurement.

The system allows for high-resolution graphics, text and image engraving on both the board and squeegee side, fully compatible with all industry-standard frame formats.

It also enables the production of high-precision multi-level stencils. Users can effortlessly create custom thickness by welding specific step areas into the base material. Utilising advanced beam steering optics, this system provides high-speed accuracy and performance with no assist gas required.

The SE12 PRO is calibrated to NIST standards. Equipped with a high-powered telecentric lens, Renishaw 1-micron scales and proprietary inspection software, the system is able to inspect and measure apertures presence, dimension, position and area. The system will identify potential errors and once confirmed,  generate a rework cutting file. Upon successful inspection, the system will create a certificate of conformance, which can be integrated into any MRP system of choice.
