The QC100
The QC100 is a dedicated AOI, measurement and calibration system for SMD stencils. Featuring a high-powered Telecentric lens, Renishaw 1 micron scales and in-house proprietary software.
High precision stages and advanced image processing algorithms provide a comprehensive inspection of all aperture attributes on a stencil, confirming presence, dimension, position and area.
The system will identify potential errors and once confirmed, generate a rework cutting file. Upon successful inspection, the system will create a certificate of conformance, which can be integrated into any MRP system of choice.
The QC100 can also be utilised by stencil end users to detect and measure issues that will impact print quality, such as clogged apertures or presence of debris.
This system has been designed specifically to allow the calibration of stencil cutting systems.
