Both have held Senior Director positions across Engineering, Sales and Marketing and General Management.
Starting their careers in the early ’80s in PCB fabrication, ultimately specialising in laser technologies, their focus has always been on maximising business opportunities.
They are respected for fostering teams with a can-do attitude and establishing a culture of high performance and achievement. This, coupled with their complimentary skill sets and breadth of real-world experience, have shaped Watt Laser into a bold and innovative force in the industry.

Fraser has over 30 years experience within the electronics sector and is an all round business professional who worked his way up from the shop floor to become globally successful in his field, mostly involving the use of cutting edge laser technology in the electronics industry. Key skills range from Technical Sales and Marketing to Technology Research Management and Applications Development. Fraser has several patents in this field, and adopts a strong ethos in connecting customers with the right technology to deliver mutually beneficial results.
